A Haul of Trophies!
The 2026 Windsurfer National Championships were held at Yeppoon Sailing Club from 8–12 July.
Ten Balmoral SC members competed across the four disciplines of Course Racing, Slalom, Marathon and Freestyle, bringing home an impressive haul of trophies.

NSW State Windsurfing Slalom 2025 Championships
On Sunday 2nd of November Balmoral sailing Club hosted the NSW State Slalom
Windsurfing championships, 16 competitors took part coming from the various sailing
clubs across Sydney and one competitor from WA.

BSC Windsurfers finish Top 10 at World Windsurfing LT Championships 2025
BSC members Martin French, Simon Jones, recent members Matt Hanaut, Stuart Gilbert and
other Middle Harbour Peroni Club members, Dolly Divola and Mal Rofe attended the 2025
World Windsurfing LT Championships at the iconic Athens Nautical Club together 160
sailors from 15 countries for a week of high-level competition and camaraderie.
