Balmoral Sailing Club Risk Management
Balmoral Sailing Club has undertaken a comprehensive risk assessment which is documented in a Risk Management Table. The assessment has been carried out with reference to the guidelines and principles and a step by step process set out in the Roads and Maritime Services template for aquatic activity risk management and guideline documents from Australian Sailing.
The assessment identifies the risks involved in an activity and the key controls which need to be put in place before the activity is undertaken to reduce those risks to an acceptable level.
In conjunction with this Risk Management Assessment, Balmoral Sailing Club Sailing Instructions and Race Management Weather Policy addresses the following key on-the-water risk management issues.
