Our Junior Sailing Program using Open Skiffs, Lasers and RS Aeros runs Saturday mornings 8:30am to 12:00 noon, from September through to May with qualified coaches. Parents help rig and on the water. We sail eight other classes of boats catering to a range of budgets. Tasars, International Es and Mirrors are our two handed boats. Our class captains can advise on buying a boat and help new members. There are affordable second hand craft available for many of our classes. Membership rates for members under 30’s are discounted. Twilight casual racing is on Thursdays 5 to 7pm during daylight sailing and Windsurfers and Aeros sail on various days during the week. There is a BBQ and drinks on Saturday after racing in our renovated club house, overlooking the water where we hold educational and social events over the season. Racking for 90 boats/windsurfers is provided under the club house. We welcome sailors of all abilities and ages to stay active and enjoy the spectacular waters off Balmoral Beach.
