The parking sticker I purchased was obtained by downloading the application form and taking a photocopy of my Car Registration to the council chambers office and parting with $150 for Saturday parking only at Balmoral. I paid cash to avoid the credit card fee they charge. It is best to attend in person. For more info Council may be contacted on 9978 4000 between 8:30am and 5:00pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and between 8:30am and 7:00pm Tuesdays.The application for a parking sticker for non-Mosman residents can be downloaded from the Mosman Council Website http://www.mosman.nsw.gov.au/council/forms.
